SustainVR^™ Limited One-Year Warranty

AppliedVR® expressly warrants that the SustainVR™ device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the end user. During this warranty period, as AppliedVR’s sole and exclusive obligation and liability for any device found to be defective in function under this warranty, AppliedVR will, at its option, repair or replace the device found to be defective in function, provided the defect was not caused by:

• Accidental damage (e.g., drops, spills, or physical impact)
• Misuse, neglect, or failure to follow provided instructions
• Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations
• Environmental damage (e.g., exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or dust)

This warranty applies only to the original recipient of the device and is non-transferable. It does not cover consumables or accessories (e.g., chargers, cases) or cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality. Replacement devices may be new or refurbished. Any repaired or replaced device shall also remain subject to the original one (1) year warranty from the original date of delivery to the end user, and any repair or replacement shall not extend the original warranty period in any manner or start a new warranty period.

For warranty support, end users should contact the AVR Pathway customer support team with proof of delivery and a description of the issue. AppliedVR reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility and the appropriate resolution.

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY EXPRESSLY DESCRIBED ABOVE, THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” AND APPLIEDVR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NONINFRINGEMENT, OR ANY WARRANTY ARISING BY USAGE OF TRADE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
